Polishing Machine 4LDQ25 has numerical controls that make them ideal for polishing polish square, round, rectangular, oval bars and sheets made of brass and stainless steel. The machine is integrated with tallstocks that help in clamping these bars and it is possible to hold four of them at a time. When the machine starts functioning, the brush moves closer to the bars, starts feeding and begins to polish the bar with desired pressure. Once the first side is polished evenly, the bars will be turned over, so the side can be polished. This continues till all the sides of the bars are polished. There is a control panel that helps to set the parameters including, but not limited to swinging of the brush, pressure of the brush, speed rotation of the brush and feeding speed of the brush.
