The Eliminator Chevron Cleaner is highly efficient in cleaning raised rib, cleated and chevron belts without either clogging or wearing out, as with the usual type of brush cleaners. I

The Eliminator Chevron Cleaner is comprised of hundreds of 2" (50 mm) rubber fingers that have a unique rotary action to throw off carryback from the belt. Its compact design needs both horizontal and vertical clearance of 10". It has a free-rotating design which only works when the belt is running. It can step over chevrons or cleats of 1" (25 mm) easily.

The do-it-yourself installation is easy and the drum can be replaced quickly. There is a special molded ring enabling fingers to stay anchored to the drum. Extended abrasion resistance is ensured by the long-wearing SBR rubber. Belt speeds of up to 500 fpm can be handled.
