The ARC Mate 100iC is made for applications that require precise welding and cutting. These six-axis, electric servo motor powered family of robots provide highly productive operations with the ArcTool Software. Also, the 120iC and the 100iC/6L offer consistently accurate operations. The weld torch cable is also protected from the wire feeder to the torch goose neck by a certain process design. This also lessens cable wear and feeder issues. Cable interference is also minimized by the simple cable routing. The cable routing also lets the generation and testing of offline programs without compromising the torch cable.

Panasonic provides complete system solutions according to the concept ‘All from one manufacturer’ with the new development of laser welding: LAPRISS!

LAPRISS (Laser Processing Robot Integrated System Solution) uses the Panasonic servo control technology for controlling the laser trepanning head to generate several welding pattern and beam functions. This technological advantage makes the laser head extremely compact and light weight with a payload weight of only 4Kg. An advantage of this low weight is to allow the laser head to be mounted to the high speed compact Panasonic TM series of robots. The result is a complete system with unique compactness and a seamless interface between the process and automation components.
Because of its unique solution, LAPRISS has the potential to replace existing large foot print welding systems with a solution providing high speed that is immensely flexible and dramatically reduces floor space requirements.

The power source inside the robot controller produces optimized welding with complete synergy inside the control system, which allows the solid and complete benefits of the TAWERS fusion technology to be used with the WGH3. The TAWERS technology is also easily configurable to work with either MIG or MAG welding processes, and requires only the MIG-base package, torch, and WG-MIG software.
