The Astro 100 II Nt robotic flip-style unit has been engineered to enable efficient, rapid manufacturing, deliver consistently high speeds and guarantees high quality completed merchandise. This automated bending cell was designed for the production of small and medium series, requiring perfect mastery of robotic bending. AMADA, with the experience gained over 30 years in this field, has developed a highly flexible and highly productive concept in the ASTRO II 100 NT CELL. It comes with a variety of equipment for the rapid production of small quantities: 1 store autochanger grippers "AGC", 1 store autochanger pliers "AHC", 1 store automatic tool changer "ATC" and 1 programming software "ASTROCAM."
