With a design based on the Press Brakes HDS (Hybrid Drive System), this machine is composed of two robots. The ASTRO 20 MP is used to unstack parts, transfer then to the press brake and unload the folded pieces. The ASTRO 100 robot is utilized for all handling during the bending process of complex parts of small and medium sizes.
The ASTRO CELL solution is used as an automatic tool changer, prehensor and gripper. The ASTRO CAM II software enables the realization of programs, shortens save time, deals with the press brake and robot, and provides free time for the production process.
