The QC-11 Hollow-wrist tool changer is lightweight and compact in size. It features a high-strength locking mechanism. It has a huge 1/8 in. NPT ports in a small package. The axial air ports run straightly into Hollow-Wrist robot adding dependability. Its no-touch locking technology permits up to 0.12 inch plate isolation in times of locking.
Its patented fail-safe locking mechanism layout results in low force acting on the piston. The locking force of the tool changer is 240 lb.
