DescriptionThe proposed process is related to the application of siliconic coating on the metallic parts of fireplaces.
This kind of plant includes peripheral devices such as turntables, additional axes for the robot motion, in order to grant the total coverage of the surfaces to be painted and control systems of the spraying parameters

- Anthropomorphous robot with 6 motion axes which can be programmed both with self-learning and point to point system
- Turntable device managed as a controlled axe
- Automatic gun suitable for an external management of the application parameters;
- External system for the flow control and the management of the application parameters; in order to optimize the application, the system allows the adjustment of different fans, according to the configuration of the pieces to be treated;
- Electric board and PLC for the plant management.
