FANUC Robotis presents M-900iA series robots have been designed for high payload and high speed operations. They feature industry-leading wrist moments and inertia, making them suitable for heavy duty handling. The use of dependable, time-tested FANUC servo drives ensures maximum uptime and productivity. The outer arm is stationary, which makes hose and cable dressout easier and improves service life.
Any obstruction by system parts is minimized by the slim arm and wrist assemblies. Also, the assemblies make it easy to work in confined ares.
The machines have a robust and IP67 rated wrist design which provides dependable performance even in the most challenging manufacturing operations. The robots support integration of a camera for built-in iRVision to provide vision guidance as minimizing errors in applications. Thanks to the sturdy mechanical design, the robots provide lower downtime, higher MTBF (mean time between failure) and reduced spare part needs. It features a high inertia mode software, which enables large parts handling while lowering cycle time penalty.
The M-900iA/350 & M-900iA/260L allows ceiling mount installation in confined spaces. Specifically for harsh environments, available is an optional, optimized package for dust and liquid protection with two-part epoxy coating.
