Its nut rotation cartesian robot made from the combined actuator units of nut rotation type, which offers quality transfer capability. The built-in hollow motor which is located in the slider, turns the nut in order to move the actuator. With this, the heavy loads can be operated at a high-speed even during a long stroke. A desired combination can also be selected from 2-axis, 3-axis, 4-axis, 6-axis configurations. Furthermore, the combination of the actuator units of linear motor type can provide an ideal acceleration and deceleration performance.
