In just one batch, the PP-100IIBD can burn up to 100 x 25 or 50GB BD-R discs or over four terabytes of data due to its high-capacity output. The unit is fully automated and dustproof to ensure secure and reliable operation. Production runs are able to be left to complete unattended as its patented AcuGrip robotic arm only allows one disc to be grabbed at a time.
The PP-100IIBD's working lifespan can be increased to over 70,000 discs as the BD drives and maintenance cartridge can be replaced by the user. This offers long-term cost-effectiveness. The cost per produced disc is kept low by the six-cartridge individual ink system, and it is easy to monitor the ink levels with the front-facing LED display.
