Plate thermoformer / fully-automatic - BL/SL Standard
The BasicLine Standard, and the SuperLine Standard are manufactured by Comi, that are thermoforming lines which are composed of a series of in-line stations, thus makes the forming process fully automated. Both lines are ideal for use in creating the inner doors and the liners of household refrigerators, which does not require and extra configurations. They have the capacity to process sheets made of either ABS or HIPS, and with thicknesses that ranges from 0.5 mm up to 8 mm.The BasicLine Standard is integrated with a heating station, and the SuperLine Standard is furnished of two heating stations. The forming process is obtained via the establishment of vacuum in the mold. The shaped object is formed with the use of either positive or partially negative molds.
