TheTwin Sheet machine is the solution for the production of hollow part with thermoforming technology.Accurate control of the heating system leads to good pinching between the 2 layers, which is the critical point of the application.

Furthermore, in automatic configuration pre-heating of the sheet can be added with the advantages of the reduction of cycle time, a stronger pinching of the two sheets and a potential reduction of sheet thickness for the improved heating.
Twin Crea is a very flexible machine with the possibility to have traditional vacuum forming and pressure forming upon demand. A robot for automatic placing of inserts can be integrated as well.
