COMI's LaborForma's Thermoforming Machines are generally utilized for applications that involve processing a wide range of plastic materials. This includes HIPS, ABS, PMMA, and PP materials, all with thickness rates that approximate at 8 mm; PVC materials that measure at 3 mm are also included. When integrated with appropriate material fittings, the systems are capable of processing materials, reel-to-reel, of up to 1 mm. Aside from processing plastic materials, the thermoforming machines may also be used for applications that involve manufacturing of thermoformed components. These include bathroom furniture articles, household appliance articles, illuminated signs, helmets, and more. They feature primary manual material loading/unloading systems, designed and manufactured according to customer demand or application requirement.
