Cast film extrusion line / with thermoformer - SR series
Brown Machine represents a wide range of thermoforming machinery with pneumatic rule/forged high die trimming for different workpieces such as blister packs, medical trays, food packaging and other thermoformed products. These products have a directly guided form station with high tonnage pneumatic toggles and heavy duty trim stations. Trim stations can develop 75 tons of trim force and they are firmly joined with the frame. The trim station is supported on linear bearing rails with a X-Y-W adjustment that allows adjusting during the operations. The thermoforming machinery is equipped with a touchscreen HMI with PLC that can control both machine and oven controls, and a high torque electric servo motor. These features allow fast and reliable sheet indexing. There are also available splined drive shaft, thermoforming machines motorized chain rails and pneumatic chain tensioners for rapid sheet width adjustment. It also has a clam shell oven with numerous heater and zone configurations. They manage optimum material heat control.
