Temperature control unit for injecting molding - max. 350 °C | integrat evolution
gwk Integrat Revolution by GWK utilizes a high performance ceramic innovation located inside the mould. This heater (CPH), positioned a few millimeters from the cavities, ensures faster temperature change, while ensuring minimum energy consumption. A temperature controller then cools down the mould using a fluid water medium, which doubles as an insulating medium, allowing for short and intensive cooling phase. A machine signal instigates this phase and ends as the mould opens for a new cycle. The implementation of the CPH and The cooling system, ensures dynamic temperature control. Since they are autonomous from the temperature of the main mould, the temperature of each cavity can be maintained uniformly. The shift between heating and cooling phase is affected by a close-to-cavity placed valve unit.
