The Venus Internal Mix Pro Gun was developed for the FRP industry. It features an average output of 8 to 20 lbs./min (3.6 to 9 kg/min.) for resin and 4 lbs./min (1.8 kg/min.) for glass, not to mention 2.6 lbs./min. (1.1 kg/ min.) for a 2 strand chop. It also has an air consumption rate of 10 CFM for Chopper (1 Strand) and 9 CFM for Chopper (2 Strand).
The Pro Mix has a single roll pin design and also exhibits low pressure and low emissions. All these modifications and features were integrated into the unit to deliver optimum efficiency.
