Plastic sheet extrusion line - max. 1 400 kg/h | HS series
Battenfeld-Cincinnati high speed extruders (HS series) for thermoforming plastic sheets are designed to cover all the outputs in the extrusion industry with a single machine. Their 75 mm screw diameter enables the entire process to be optimal in terms of screw/output ratio. All operations can be easily adjusted in size by simple adjusting the screw and one machine is enough for any dimension of the extruded sheet. This machine is very economical and it consumes 15%-25% less energy than the regular models. The reduced volume of the machine gives less changeover time and it results in higher productivity. Also, the quality of the product is greatly increased through shortening of the residence period, it requires less space than the other models when output rate is higher, compact design that is easy for maintenance operations, the spare parts are significantly cheaper and the entire machine is of better overall quality. The 75 mm HS series can be combined with co-extruders which are able to produce thin layers with special features.
The Multi-Touch Roll Stack is the new addition to the machine and it provides the opportunity to achieve excellent production results, especially with PP extrusion process. It is also available in a version with planetary roller.
