Plastic sheet coextrusion line - 150 - 1 200 μm
These calendering lines have a minimized IV drop for high quality sheets as a result of efficient pre-drying systems. They have a single screw extrusion; a twin screw solution is available. They are utilized for coextrusion with laminating options for PET/PE structures. The horizontal roll stack design allows for thin polished films while the inclined roll stack design allows heavy gauge sheets.They feature one or more polishing nips, controlled roller deflection and low thickness tolerances. Various stackers, handling systems and winder types are available.
They are utilized in numerous applications such as A-PET and PETG films for thermoformed products, C-PET films for dual ovenable trays, chemically foamed PET film, MAP and FFS packaging for fresh food, folded boxes and blisers for packaging of technical and electronic articles, and PET, EVOH, PE coextruded and/or laminated films.
