Continuous screen changer / hydraulic / double-piston - 10 000 psi | CSC series
The PSI Continuous Screen Changer can filter majority of polymers without any manufacturing interference during a screen replacement. It features two display bolts along with a filter hole for each of them. The bolt is removed from the assembly in case of a screen replacement while the rest of the parts remain intact in the operating dimension. The dusty screen pakc can be easily detached and exchanged with a fresh one. Later the bolt can be placed into the assembly back to its venting dimension prior to further operation. Similar process can be used for the rest of the bolts as it permits consistent filtration without manufacturing damage. Moreover, the PSI Continuous Screen Changers are capable of handling ultra-high force applications and ensure a spillage-free performance of a maximum of 10,000 psi.
