WPC profile extrusion line / for composite wood / polymer - EASYWOOD®

WPC is a blend composed by a thermoplastic material and a
fiber of vegetable origin. Products obtained have wood like
appearance and can have many applications in a wide range
sectors.
In WPC, the fibers used come from renewable sources and can even
reach a content equal to 80%.
The polymeric mixture can consist of material coming from industrial
production scrap or from post-consumption waste.
Moreover, extruded products of the process are 100% recyclable.
For such reasons, WPC products can be defined Ecologic.
Often, the fibers of natural origin used in the WPC products are
particularly convenient and easy to purchase locally.
Generally, they come from production scrap of industrial or agricultural
processes, having low possibilities for alternative recovery.
