Compared with the traditional steel and concrete pipe, the plastic pipe has big advantages, such as anti-corrosive, less leakage, light weight and easy installation. But the serious disadvantage of the plastic pipe is the low elastic modulus, e.g. polyethylene Ep value is about 800 Mpa. This character makes the full plastic pipe can not provide a high ring stiffness easily. Or, even we can approach to the high ring stiffness by increasing the wall thickness and material grade, but the expensive pipe cost is not acceptable by most of end users. So before the developing of the reinforced structure wall pipe, the full plastic pipe is mainly used in the area of small and middle diameter ranges.

1) High ring stiffness

For normal buried sewage plastic structure wall pipe, its maximum ring stiffness is difficult to over SN 8. But in new pipe, stiffness can easily reach the surprisingly value of SN 8, SN 12.5 and SN 16, even higher if necessary. In other hand, thanks to plastic properties, the plastic-steel-plastic composite structure could against corrosion very well.

2) Saving Material Cost

Besides the enhanced performance, the other primary advantage is that the new pipe can save material cost obviously. When pipe diameter is over Dn1000, SRPCP can save the plastic materials consumption nearly in 50% when compared with other plastic sewage pipe in same stiffness.

Steel wire reinforced polyethylene composite pipe (SRTP Pipe) is an innovative pipe system developed by Goldstone independently. The polyethylene pipe has been reinforced by wrapping the high strength steel wire in the middle layer of the pipe. It results the pipe working pressure could easily reach 5 Mpa (diameter < D110), 3 Mpa (diameter < D200), and 2Mpa (diameter < D700).

Fiberglass Composite PP-R Pipe Extrusion Line"is an extension of the traditional PP-R pipe, which is reinforced by short fiberglass in medium layer of the pipe.To overcome the rigidity disadvantage of the PP-R pipe, Goldstone has innovated a new sandwich structrue.


The inner and outer layer is normal PP-R, short fiberglass is combined in the middle to be the strengthening layer.The pipe is made by a co-extrusion system composed of four extruders, three of them for pipe, one for marking line. The uniquely designed spiral co-extrusion die could allocate the fiberglass regularly in the reinforced layer and bond the three layers into an integer.

The production line consists of four high efficient extruder and co-extrusion die. The pipe is three layers sanwich structure plus a standard marking strip with a special granulating extrusion line.

We innovated a patented spiral mould co-extrusion. The fiber is allocated according to the optimum angle, so the strength can be raised differently and proportionately in longitudinal direction and latitucinal direction.

It could be used as PE pipe production line after adjust.

Each of the three layers could be adjusted separately according to the designing of the structure to acquire a high quality and more economical product.
