Our globally unique vertical TVP machine concept with integrated tilting function allows the implementation of highly precise and absolutely repeatable lost foam pattern production, where cores have to be positioned by hand into the mold cavity and the pattern has to be taken out by the operator.


This well known procedure used frequently in Asia allows manufacturing a pattern with a very difficult shape. Due to a freely accessible machine design with 4 highly precise tie bar guides, it is possible to pick up different tools for steam chest and monoblock technology in shortest time. Even an unfavorable distribution of mass in highly complex tools with large and heavy core pulls, resulting in temperature differences, cause no problems for our highly developed steaming system
