Vulcanization press - Polyvalent
We offer our polyvalent press for operation with both elastomer material and the TPE. The polyvalent C-frame press allows for a change from rubber to TPE processing, with only little effort.We put the polyvalent version into practice with the help of the injection unit E to guarantee the high dosing precision of the E-injection unit. This is a great advantage, especially with the TPE – rubber compounds, which we achieved outstanding results.
The injection unit is equipped with the temperature unit and heating, so depending on the processing temperature, the TPE can be manufactured in it. Besides other small alternations regarding the TPE press, the polyvalent press is equipped with heating platens, which are not necessary when solely using the TPE.
The E-injection unit is very good at handling large TPE quantities per cycle. The short construction of the E-injection is more practical than a press with a screw injection unit (RS injection) for handling only TPE. This is an advantage regarding price, easy access to the injection unit and machine height.
The polyvalent press is available like the elastomer. The TPE press is in compact construction and also with many options and control systems.
