Stretch blow molding machine for plastic bottles - 5 - 30 L | KSB GIGABLOW
The machine consists of two units: blowing module and heating module.Blowing module has 2-4 blowing stations.
Mode of drive: Linear motor technic (standard by KOSME).
Manufacturer: Company Bosh (made in Germany).
Linear guides: Company Schneeberger (made in Germany).
Compensating energy: 75 tons at 40 bar
Stretching: Spindle with Servomotor. An adjustment for multilevel stretching profile is possible.
Blowing valve: Special processing for Company KOSME (Supplier Company Seitz). Nominal size DN 26mm, high life span (over 25 millions circuits), very quick connection and very high repeat-precision.
The transport module consists of transport chain, heating and preform inlet.
The division of the transport chain is 100mm intervals. 40 limbs are provided.
Heating: Adphos heating: two modules with 15 heating zones.
Additional neck cooling is standard at KOSME machines.
