Jinming had successfully developed a BMJ-500 SIX-LAYER COEXTRUSION BLOW MOLDING MACHINE FOR GASOLINE TANK. It is mainly composed of six extruders with single screw, manual double-station screen changer, six-layer coextrusion accumulating die head, double-plate type mould locking device without tie bar, mould moving device, blow device, pre-sealing device, mechanical arm, main hydraulic system, servo systems and hydraulic control system, machine frame, pneumatic control system, cooling system and electrical control system and other components.

The equipment has an advantage of advanced technologies, low power consumption and stable running performance, such as the patented technology of mould locking without tie bar and the advanced technology of crinkle type screw for EVOH processing and multiple layers coextrusion accumulating die head
