Injection stretch blow-molding machine - ASB-50MB
The ASB-50MB is the smallest 1-step injection stretch blow machine in the ASB Series line-up. It offers a wide range of molding possibilities and may be used for manufacturing containers from PET & a wide range of other plastic resins up to 2.5 liter capacity. It is an affordable entry level machine ideal for developing countries, but has also received a high response in advanced markets thanks to its features that are constantly upgraded to the market needs for efficient productivity and versatility.Many of our customers have built up their business based on this machine alone, starting off with one, and eventually running multiple lines. This scalable approach offers minimal investment risk with flexibility of growth. Additionally, utilizing a common machine minimizes costs for installation, maintenance and training while maximizing production flexibility for rapid mold changing and mold compatibility.
In its first 9 years of production, ASB supplied over 2,000 units utilizing its overseas based factory. The ASB-50MB has all the qualities to become the most preferred choice of small molding machine in the industry today.
Common containers molded by this machine include; cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, personal care, baby feeding bottles, liquor miniatures, edible oils etc.
Moldable materials include Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polypropylene (PP), Polylactic Acid (PLA), Polycarbonate (PC), Polystyrene (PS), Low & High Density Polyethylene (LDPE / HDPE) and others.
Moldable shapes include; plain round, oval, flask, square, wide-mouth, non-round neck etc.
