The CM 40 features a vertical clamping unit without a tie bar in a C-frame design with the injection unit available in both horizontal and vertical options. It is equipped with a servo valve controlled vertical injection unit from the TM and HM series to process TPE and various conventional thermoplastics resins. Moreover, it comes with a tie bar-less vertical clamping unit and ensures that there are no disturbing outlines in the mold area. Due to vertical C-frame design with two symmetrical clamping cylinders, a maximum mold space is optimally accessible. Above all, the CM 40 can be used for insert molding of any kind of connectors and cables with optimal access to manual parts removal and further automation concepts possible through the protection of the insertion and removal areas by light barriers. The maximum mold space through vertical clamping in C-frame design is ensured with two symmetrical clamping cylinders.
