The TPE Vertical machine series of Maplan provides ease of operation and minimum maintenance. It performs with high precision, and is manufactured with a compact design. It gives excellent melt homogeneity due to constant L/D ratio of 22:1 and high injection pressures up to 3000 bar. Furthermore, it has the PC50touch control with intuitive touch screen interface that opens up new dimensions in optimizing the injection moulding process. This efficient product utilizes energy saving Maplan Cool Drive System. It also features integrated hydraulics and hydraulic direct drive of the screw.
