Hot runner system - Express™
Express™ product line for fast delivery of reliable and ‘customised’ hot runner solutions. Express™ products combine Synventive’s engineering and process experience to deliver a cost effective, high performance hot runner system.Express products are suitable for most thermoplastics with or without fillers and reinforcements. Properly sized flow bore diameters and a range of tip styles are available for applications with shot weights from 10 to 250 grams (depending on material). Express systems are shipped complete with all necessary wiring and thermocouples.
