MIB Hydro's DEV/Laboratory Compression Presses are part of the company's product line of hydraulic and electrical presses. The devices are designed out of both composite and raw materials, tested and validated in laboratory and development fields of application, before being manufactured. They are engineered with standard structural compositions that deliver economic and high-quality performance outputs.

The DEV/Laboratory Compression Presses are capable of mold heating of materials. They achieve this via usage of electrical charges that are integrated into the insulating upper and lower platens. Temperature controllers manage the power supplies of the electrical cartridges through thermocouples set into the platens.
