The MAENNER Duo-Man High-Precision Injection Unit, used for mini and micro volumes, offers quality and precision, and features a micro injection molding system, which offers many functions for processing of various thermoplastic materials. The unit uses an innovative plug-and play system, offering an upgrade to an existing molding machine, therefore representing a cost-effective upgrade to existing injection system. The unit is vertically or horizontally mounted on the injection molding machine or on the hot half, and is operated via removable touch panel, with a user-friendly, easy to use interface. The design offers reliability, and efficiency increase, especially for small volume processing.
