The Maxiwatt compressed cartridges are high watt density cartridges. They produce an exceptionally uniform distribution of heat and have a hermetic construction so as to substantially increase the lifetime of the resistance. Ths form of manufacture also prevents the heater wire from oxidizing, even at high temperatures. There are over 8,000 high density measurements available.
