The RFG250 series rotor fine granulators features maximum throughputs of 1,500 kg/hr (type: D), 3,000 kg/hr (type DL) and 4,500 kg/hr (type DDL). These three versions provide a pre-set series of dynamic equipments for pulverization and decreasing the volume of dry of slightly damp components.

The pulverization process using the rotor fine granulators involves automated powdering of the component for manufacturing fragments of a specific particle volume. Generally, the rotor fine pulverization process does not manufacture any excess-size fragment beyond the legal limit. On the other hand, this kind of volume depletion can lower the fine elements in the final product as rotor fine pulverization is a very smooth process.
