The PGS 300 is a flexible grater/shredder which is manufactured by Alexanderwerk. The shredder can process material at a throughput rate between 1,000 and 4,000 kg/hr depending on the material and the working cylinder.The model is made of a stainless steel 1.4404 material. A gas-tight gearbox design is also included in the machine. This gearbox, which is a one-piece construction, is made from stainless steel.
Optional functions are also available, such as pharma execution, water-cooling of the drive shaft, and a Wash In Place (WIP) design.
