Lid placing and sealing machine for electronics production - AF8500
The AF8500 series of Lid Placement, Tack and Seam Sealing Systems from MIYACHI are used for hermetic sealing applications, and may be modified to be a stand-alone or a fully integrated unit with a mechanized manufacturing line. The computer based precision tracking is combined with the seam sealing mechanism, and is integrated with a high frequency inverter welding power supply and a vision system. These combinations aim for strong and accurate processes. It may also be integrated with an atmospheric enclosure to give operators a comprehensive seam sealing glovebox system that offers high yield sealing. The magazine leader may be automatic, and the electrode force may be configured.
