Foundry sand heater - max. 330 kW | EH series
The Metso systems have numerous benefits which include a quick response time, a true understanding of process conditions and in-house engineering to enable custom fit applications. It has an incredibly small size with the footprint of the EH 120 being just 1.000m x 1.350m x 2.600m high. The live load of the unit is approximately 2250 kg and, if needed, the heater can be hanging. Without losing any height, the unit can be fitted into an existing pipeline. A height of 835 mm can actually be gained after the heater is installed. The Metso systems are capable of being installed anywhere in the world and have been designed following years of experience with all types of rotary kilns and incinerators.
