Two basic-No Moving Parts- Motionless Mixer designs are offered for use in turbulent and laminar flow mixing applications.The elements are made of two inclined semi-elliptical plates opposite to each other. The mixing operation is based on the splitting and diverting of input streams. In turbulent flow applications, the elements enhance the random dispersion of substreams so that a unit with six elements is sufficient for most applications.
