The Silverson Disintegrator 2500 is an innovative mixing system that can disintegrate, solubilize or disperse the large elements up to 40" in one operation. This equipment integrates a powerful mixer located in the bottom of a custom-engineered vessel. This delivers a massive suction capability that rips apart and disperses materials / elements' throughout the mixing process. This mixing system is integrated with a Silverson In-Line mixer that offers stability and total solute materials. In addition, it can mix elements ranging from 250 up to 25,000 gallons.This mixer offers optimum solution of rubber and polymer blocks into lubricating oils, solvents and asphalt for the production of VM luboils, adhesives and polymer modified asphalts for road surfacing.
