Conical mixer dryer reactor is developed in compliance to FDA standards and adheres to EHEDG and 3-a-sanitary standards. It offers perfect mixing quality for fast and gentle drying, moist and viscous materials at variable filling levels. The spiral mixing blade allows a three dimensional flow of the mixing goods and thereby assists in spiral upward movement on the periphery and downward flow in the center. The conical mixing vessel permits powders to be discharged up to 100%. The reactor can be heated by steam, thermal oil or water and is made vacuum and pressure tight. Mixing vessel, mixing arms and the spiral blade are completely controlled by temperature.
