The ShearMaster laboratory dissolver is a mixing aggregate from Netzsch that is designed for quick and intensive mixing and dispersing of small, 1-10 L product. It is integrated with a 1.1 kW electric drive and a frequency inverter that enables speed adjustment for mixing tools from 500 - 6000 min-1 or alternatively 100 - 1200 min-1.This mixer has a mixing vessel that can be used as a can or container and is exchangeable with the quick clamp device. The machine also allows the disk to be raised or lowered to the proper position using a linear motor in the IP model or a pneumatic cylinder in the EXmode. This is to guarantee the best vortex position. This machine also allow the user to monitor and control the operation with the use of its digital display.
