The PT2500 E performs homogenizations with volumes that range from 0.05 to 2500 ml. Aggregates with a various styles and diameters should be able to provide optimum particle size reduction when this drive is in use. Aggregates are available from 3mm in diameter for volumes going down to 0.01 mL and 12mm for volumes up to 250mL. A single-use synthetic aggregates in 7 and 12 mm diameters are also available. The PT-DA 20/2 X EC aggregate has been designed for homogenizing tablets.
