The GIF 4000 features a very compact design where all wet and cold parts are isolated from the electrical parts.The compact refrigeration system in stainless steel has a patented cyclone type surge drum and a fully flooded system with electronic level control. The freezer operates with warm as well as sub-cooled liquid and low ammonia charge.
Unique features as the patented churn and viscosity control provides uniform and adjustable churning of the ice cream and ensures stable viscosity.
