Fluidized bed cooler
The multi-stage fluid bed coolers are tailored to operate in unison with a dust collector and a system fan to attract atmospheric air as pressure decreases. It was improved to provide simple yet important solutions for the temperature regulation and maintenance of the cleanliness of granular feeds.At first, the feed goes into an airlock and is distributed on perforated plate tray which has especially designed holes and is individually vibrated by an electric activator. Second, upward flowing air passes through these openings and produces a moistened bed of particles while separating the minute particles away toward the dust collector. The wet bed then determines the particles residence time prior to being transferred to the next level plate. Finally, each particle goes into a collection hopper in which they exit the system through a valve.
