The Innoplas KI/IISC tunnel cooler provides gentle and reliable container and product recooling after hot filling of glass, cans and PET containers with products such as iced tea, isotonic drinks and juices. The range of recoolers offered by KHS are supplied as either a single-deck or double-deck machine depending on requirements. A ribbed plastic belt conveys full containers. Made entirely from stainless steel, the Innoplas KI/IISC benefits from optimum recooling at capacities up to 200,000 containers per hour. Each deck of the Innoplas KI/IISC recoolers is equipped with active spraying using full-cone clamp nozzles. This ensures a homogenous distribution of water.
Low energy consumption is enabled by various cooling sources. Installation can be completed in a small amount of time due to the modular design.
