It utilizes a gas-liquid mixture vaporization concept in its system of measurement. The series comes in 3 steps to achieve optimal vaporization of liquids or fluids. Equipped with a mass flow controller that initiates the process by passing along a carrier gas to vaporize the liquid source. It can be easily installed to any work area due to its compact size and design. It also has minimal maintenance requirement.
