The GEA Niro Fluidized Spray Cooler is purposefully built for the creation of exceptionally coarse particles from 500 to 2000 microns from a melt. It consists of a low-speed rotary atomizer equipped with a prilling wheel inside a large diameter spray cooling chamber along with an integrated fluid bed underneath.
