Air-cooled heat exchanger - max. 400 °C
This air cooled heat exchanger is utilized in refineries, gas, petrochemical, and chemical plants. They are customized for customers' requirements in complex installations, critical applications and tough conditions. The air cooled tube bundle covers the full range of metallurgies from low and carbon steel, duplex and super-duplex stainless steel, stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloys. The bundle also includes plugs, covers or a high pressure manifold header boxes design, as well as the complete range of extruded, L-footed or embedded aluminum tubes fins.
Additional features to the common configurations can also be supplied, such as finite element analysis header box verification under severe load cases which includes a nozzle to header join. The heat exchangers have a high pressure design up to 700 Bar (g).
