Cupellation furnace - max. +1 200 °C | TCF
The TCF Cupellation Induction Furnaces are used for precious metals alloys in the assay process. For testing the purpose is removal of all non-noble metal from the alloy and Cupellation is that procedure. To heat the muffle, the built-in electromagnetic induction generator is provided with the Cupellation Furnace. The highest energy efficiency and the ultra fast work cycle is what this directly leads to. An advanced diagnostic system is given and the output of power is regulated with the electronic control. There are many advantages such as fast heating when induction is sued to directly heat the muffle, and with the silicon carbide resistance rods in respect the power doesn't have to be manually regulated so it is self-regulating. For the prevention of thermal shocks to the resistor rods the furnace doesn't have to be left on.
