Control panel for furnaces and ovens
The Control Panel is manufactured by Spooner Industries. The heat level of the product in each single section can be individually controlled that enables various types of temperature gradients, depending upon the product being created. The adjustable top and bottom baker damper controls the airflow, in order to regulate the quantity of baking heat. The airflow can be diverted within each oven section and the exhaust damper widely opens during ignition until the burner flame is safely established.
