The sturdy valves VUVS, part of the VS series from Festo, are industry-standard individual valves that can be used for almost any application. With these valves, Festo fulfils all the demands made on modern valves for universal use: favourable price, easy installation and assembly, numerous standard functions and attractive design.

Their sturdiness, protection to IP65/67, vacuum functions and the high flow rate of up to 2,000 l/min as well as optional ATEX variants make these valves suitable for almost every industry segment and extreme environments when used outdoors, for example heavy engineering, foundries, opencast mining or the timber industry.

Easy to operate
The valve series VS for up to 16 valve positions in a fixed grid has a universal structure and is easy to operate. The wide range of accessories such as manifold rails and cover plates makes the valves VUVS flexible in use. The hollow armature tube enables solenoid coils for different operating voltages to be mounted, which reduces warehousing. The rotatable coil can be adapted to the installation conditions.

The pneumatic VUWG valve and modular valve terminal kit VTUG
offer a lot of benefits. The footprint ensures higher flow rate while
needing less space, durability and reliability is provided by the
cartridge principle. The system is easy to install and work quickly.
It has lots of connection options and scenarios. the VUWG are excellent
for simple pneumatic control functions, while the VTUG terminal
configurator guarantees simple ordering. It comes fully assembled and
with a tested valve terminal. There is a mechanical spring return, used
for safety functions and vacuum.

This uses a G1/4 connection with a 1,000 litre per minute flow rate. The versatility of this unit is strong in that it uses a voltage from 12 to 48 V DC and 24 to 240 V AC depending on the connection you require.
